Job Role Overview

The HR Senior Advisor plays a pivotal role in providing strategic and operational guidance on human resources matters, ensuring the organization has a skilled and engaged workforce.

This position requires experience in HR advisory roles within construction, engineering, or mining sectors, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.

Key responsibilities include:
