Operational Partner

We are seeking a professional to support our operational workgroup in Geraldton, North Capel, and Cataby. This full-time role requires close collaboration with 2 HR advisors to provide strategic HR guidance and coaching on workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and change management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to deliver HR advisory services and coaching on people matters
  • Analyze workforce trends to identify key drivers for operational success
  • Support operational leaders to drive daily activities and culture initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to a broader HR team by driving continuous improvement of service delivery
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a human resources role within mining or heavy industries
  • Proven ability to build constructive working relationships with employees and managers
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Good understanding of HR and employment legislation
  • Sound judgment and objective problem-solving skills
  • Experience using HR systems such as Workday
  • Valid driver's license
