- Support and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and mediation.
- Analyse HR metrics to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor HR team members to foster professional development.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Relevant qualifications in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role within complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
