Job Description

Partnering with senior leaders throughout the organisation, the responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support organisational objectives.
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Support and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decisions and improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members to foster professional development.
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role within complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic and operational HR support.
  • Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
