We are seeking a skilled Governance System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining governance systems including SharePoint Online.

About the Opportunity
  • Administer and maintain governance systems including SharePoint Online.
  • Implement and manage version-controlled document libraries and metadata tagging.
  • Develop and deliver dashboards and contractual reporting aligned with governance frameworks.
  • Provide training and support to employees to build governance capability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across governance workflows and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, PMBOK, and contractual standards.
About You
  • You have experience in governance systems administration and document control.
  • You possess strong metadata management and version control knowledge.
  • You have intermediate to advanced Excel and business analytics tool skills preferably Power BI.
  • You can coach and train others in governance processes.
  • You have strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
