Project Governance Expert

This key role plays a vital part in our organisation's journey, contributing to the successful delivery of Multi Class Sustainment Programs. The position brings together governance systems administration, document control, and data analytics to strengthen and advance our governance maturity.

The job requires administering and maintaining governance systems, including SharePoint Online (SPO). This involves implementing and managing version-controlled document libraries and metadata tagging.

  • Develop and deliver dashboards and contractual reporting aligned with governance frameworks.
  • Provide training and support to employees to build governance capability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across governance workflows and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, PMBOK, and contractual standards.

About You
  • Experience in governance systems administration and document control.
  • Strong metadata management and version control knowledge.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and business analytics tool skills, preferably Power BI.
  • Proven ability to coach and train others in governance processes.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

A strong candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in similar roles and possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
