About the Opportunity

This newly redefined role contributes to the successful delivery of ASC's Multi Class Sustainment Programs. The position plays a vital role in strengthening and advancing ASC's governance maturity by integrating governance systems administration, SharePoint development, document control, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

">
  • Administer and maintain governance systems including SharePoint Online.">
  • Implement and manage version-controlled document libraries and metadata tagging.">
  • Develop and deliver dashboards and contractual reporting aligned with governance frameworks.">
  • Provide training and support to employees to build governance capability.">
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across governance workflows and reporting.">
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, PMBOK, and contractual standards.">
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve governance queries.">

About You

  • You have experience in governance systems administration and document control.">
  • You possess strong metadata management and version control knowledge.">
  • You have intermediate to advanced Excel and business analytics tool skills, preferably Power BI.">
  • You can prove your ability to coach and train others in governance processes.">
  • You have strong analytical and reporting capabilities.">
  • You possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.">
  • You have a mindset for continuous improvement and process optimisation.">
