About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Governance Analyst to join our team. This role involves administering and maintaining governance systems, including SharePoint Online.

The successful candidate will have experience in governance systems administration and document control, as well as strong metadata management and version control knowledge.

They will also be responsible for developing and delivering dashboards and contractual reporting aligned with governance frameworks, and providing training and support to employees to build governance capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain governance systems, including SharePoint Online
  • Implement and manage version-controlled document libraries and metadata tagging
  • Develop and deliver dashboards and contractual reporting aligned with governance frameworks
  • Provide training and support to employees to build governance capability
Requirements
  • Experience in governance systems administration and document control
  • Strong metadata management and version control knowledge
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and business analytics tool skills preferably Power BI
  • Proven ability to coach and train others in governance processes
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.

Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
