Role Summary

The Program Governance Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing governance maturity by integrating governance systems administration, SharePoint development, document control, and data analytics to support effective decision-making and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain governance systems including SharePoint Online (SPO) for streamlined operations.
  • Implement and manage version-controlled document libraries with robust metadata tagging for enhanced search capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver dashboards and contractual reporting aligned with governance frameworks for informed decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to employees to build governance capability and ensure seamless adoption of new processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across governance workflows and reporting to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements through rigorous governance practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve governance queries and provide expert guidance.
Requirements:
  • Experience in governance systems administration and document control with a focus on process optimization.
  • Strong metadata management and version control skills with the ability to implement and maintain robust systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and business analytics tool skills, preferably Power BI, to analyze complex data sets and create actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to coach and train others in governance processes, with a strong focus on building capacity and capability within the organization.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse groups.
