Front Service Supervisor

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Front Service Supervisor to lead our front service team.

As the heartbeat of our front service team, you'll ensure every guest's arrival and departure is seamless, warm, and memorable. From managing the flow of luggage to leading our rockstar team of bell attendants, you'll make sure first and last impressions are nothing short of exceptional.

  • Lead and inspire the Front Service team to deliver flawless service.
  • Manage the efficient flow of luggage and guest services, coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Oversee the transportation of guests and their luggage to and from the hotel, as well as other requested destinations.
  • Maintain accurate records of luggage storage, retrieval, and deliveries.
  • Open car doors for guests whenever the opportunity arises.

Our ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, a love for creating unforgettable guest experiences, and previous experience in Front Services or similar supervisory roles. If you have strong communication skills, can stay cool under pressure, and possess a valid driver's license, you might be the perfect fit for our team.
