Job Description

Deliver high-quality patient care and support the health equity agenda as a Clinical Social Worker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional social work clinical services to consumers of the Community Palliative Care service and their families/carers.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities for the delivery of social work within the Community Palliative Care service and social work discipline.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need to possess excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural differences and an awareness of the health disparities that exist within these communities is also essential.
