About the role...
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact — shaping how we attract and hire the talent that drives our success. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your ideas and leadership will be valued.
As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be the go-to expert for all things recruitment. You'll partner closely with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience. You'll be hands on but will have a supporting resource and will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and embedding inclusive hiring practices.
What You'll Do
Design and deliver innovative recruitment strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.
Partner with leaders to provide market insights and talent solutions.
Enhance our employer brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Use data and technology to drive improvements in recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a supporting resource.
This role is permanent full time based at our Southport Head Office.
