Job Title: ICT Technical Specialist

This position involves working as an ICT technical specialist to perform various maintenance tasks and support the OASIS departments when needed. The role requires strong technical knowledge and ability to work under minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance work on electronic systems, performing initial fault-finding analysis and implementing solutions, maintaining reliable operation of security systems, and ensuring health and safety practices are followed at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance work on electronic systems.
  • Perform planning and preparation for equipment, tools and materials needed to complete tasks.
  • Undertake initial fault-finding analysis and implement solutions to resolve issues.
  • Maintain reliable operation of security systems and associated infrastructure.
  • Repair and maintain site electronics such as CATV, DVDs and projectors.
  • Install and repair fiber optic networks associated with IT system infrastructure.
  • Maintain electronic circuits and schematic diagrams.
  • Perform tasks for project efforts as required.
  • Ensure health and safety practices are followed at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Essential - Lenel Certified
  • Experience and Skills - Minimum Essential
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
  • Experience with MS Office operating system
  • Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance
  • US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance
