- Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills, escalating and resolving reported hardware and software issues in the ticketing system through troubleshooting, root cause analysis and solution implementation.
- Use your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to articulate complex technical and operational issues to communicate a wide range of stakeholders.
- Actively sharing your knowledge with team members and contribute to building a culture based on collaboration and continuous service improvement.

***Things You’ll **Do**:

- Provide technical support to Council staff though site visits, VIP assistance and AudioVisual support.
- Review incident records to understand the issue and determine support already provided.
- In-depth troubleshooting and analysis and determining options for resolution and implementing solutions.
- Escalating and following up issues until resolved, with both technical actions and communications captured within tickets.

The **Fine** Print:

- **Package**:$84,246 - $94,360 gross p.a. plus superannuation
- **Hours of work**:Permanent Full Time, 35 hours per week with the option of 19 day month flexitime
