Personal Care Assistant

The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team at Uniting AgeWell. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to residents, including personal care, medication management, and emotional support.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions, ensuring timely escalation of concerns.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, maintaining a clean and organized living space.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (Aged Care).
- Experience in residential aged care or home care (desired).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
