At Amazon Australia Company Pty Ltd - P36, we are on a quest to empower live communities. As a Senior Analyst in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, you will be part of our growing global team dedicated to Customer Trust.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about solving issues and mitigating harmful content for our community. As a Sr. Analyst, you will review and resolve customer support requests, investigate reports using internal systems, CRMs, and data analytics tools, and communicate solutions to our community.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and insights, helping us build the best possible platform and services for our community.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer support requests and investigate reports
  • Work with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and insights
  • Contribute to both Trust and Safety and Customer Experience operations
  • Identify trends and take proactive measures to ensure community receives best support possible

You will report to your direct manager based in the APAC region and work with global peers. You will also contribute to a globally-dispersed 24/7/365 team, working rotating shifts and weekends as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree or applicable work experience
  • 3+ years experience working within Customer Experience, Tech support or Trust and Safety field specifically on an operations team
  • Demonstrated experience with and delivery of exceptional customer experiences
  • Data-driven approach to execution

This role offers a competitive salary of $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision & disability insurance, 401(k), maternity & parental leave, flexible PTO, and Amazon Employee Discount.
