About the Role:
Twitch is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Asia–Pacific (APAC) region team. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving customer support requests and investigating reports using internal systems, CRMs, and data analytics tools. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent service to Twitch community members while ensuring their experience is the best possible.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in Customer Experience, Tech support, or Trust and Safety. You should be able to identify trends and take proactive measures to improve the community's support experience. Additionally, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and insights to enhance the platform and services.

As a globally distributed team member, you will work rotating shifts and contribute to both Trust and Safety and Customer Experience operations. You will uphold company values and strive to continuously improve the platform and community experience.
