Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and resolving customer support requests, investigating reports, and communicating solutions to our community. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and insights, helping us build the best possible platform and services for our users.
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have the best possible experience on Twitch. You'll work rotating shifts as part of a globally-dispersed 24/7/365 team, including weekend and holiday coverage. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and resolving customer support requests within established service levels
- Investigating reports using internal systems, CRMs, and data analytics tools
- Communicating solutions to our community
- Working with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and insights
- Contributing to both Trust and Safety and Customer Experience operations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience working in Customer Experience, Tech Support, or Trust and Safety, specifically on an operations team
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer experiences and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to handle offensive or disturbing behavior, language, and content
- Data-driven approach to execution

This role can be based in our Sydney office or worked remotely in Australia.
