As the largest and most experienced vocational education and training provider in the state, we deliver practical and industry-relevant training to provide students with the skills and experience they need to build lifelong careers.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that build brand awareness, establish key marketing objectives, and ensure the effective integration of all marketing and communication activities are consistent with the region's annual marketing plan.
  • Produce content for publications, advertising, websites, and other marketing collateral as required.
  • Lead the coordination of graphic design project management, including contribution to program/activity briefs.
  • Maintain established networks by actively engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, faculty staff, business development, and other TAFE Queensland regions to enhance marketing operations and identify priority marketing requirements.

We are seeking a senior marketing officer to join our team. The senior marketing officer will lead the implementation of the north region marketing activity covering student recruitment, retention, referral, relationships, and reputation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of campaign processes and experience in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content for publications, advertising, websites, and other marketing collateral.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain established networks and engage with key internal and external stakeholders.
