About The Role:
- This pivotal role supports school leaders and teachers in delivering high-impact teaching and learning aligned with the Australian Curriculum, shaping educational outcomes in Queensland's Cassowary Coast region.
- The successful candidate will lead development, implementation and evaluation of a cohesive, high‑impact curriculum across Prep to Year 12 within the Ulysses Cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build capacity in teachers and leaders through collaborative planning, classroom observation, data analysis, and targeted professional learning.
- Develop, implement and evaluate a comprehensive curriculum framework that aligns with the Australian Curriculum and meets the needs of students in the Ulysses Cluster.
Must-have Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership in curriculum design, implementation and review.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and data-driven instructional improvement.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
