The Learning Futures Directorate is seeking an experienced Educational Developer to play a vital role in transforming multi-modal education across our national campus network.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with teaching staff to elevate the quality of learning experiences for students by designing innovative resources, advising on teaching practices, and promoting effective learning principles that put students first.
- Contribute to research, scholarship, and strategic initiatives that align with the University's educational goals, while engaging with stakeholders, participating in committees, and leading projects that enhance the educational experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with industry or professional experience.
- Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education or willingness to complete.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with university standards and academic writing.
- Proficiency in university learning management systems (e.g., Moodle) and business support software.
