Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Woods & Co Recruitment. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end process of innovative marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 + Super (Based on experience) Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns from start to finish, guaranteeing on-time completion and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Create compelling campaign briefs and engaging copy that effectively communicates ideas and objectives.
  • Develop catchy slogans and taglines that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand visibility.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL TEAMS AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS TO DRIVE SUCCESSFUL MARKETING INITIATIVES.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh ideas for promotions and events.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A background in marketing or graphic design, with a desire to transition into a coordination role.
  • Proven experience in a marketing capacity; familiarity with PR and the hospitality or alcoholic beverage industry is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging and clever messaging.
  • A confident communicator who can adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Highly adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.
