  • About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Brand Experience Manager to join our MECCA Signature Line team. As a key member of our Brand team, you will be responsible for executing campaigns, launching new products, and analysing brand performance.

This diverse role is perfect for someone who is both creatively inclined and commercially savvy, ready to leverage market trends and consumer insights to deliver impactful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to inform product ideation and decision-making.
  • Assist in weekly sales analysis and end-of-month reporting with a forward-focused view on key learnings and opportunities.
  • Contribute to new product launch briefs, including competitive analysis and market references.
  • Support brand planning processes and collaborate with stakeholders on campaign execution.
  • Coordinate product requirements for key activation opportunities.
  • Build creative briefs and manage logistics for photoshoots and marketing materials.
  • Ensure accurate product listings and enhance user experience on the DTC platform.

About You:

  • Experience in a marketing or digital/ecommerce related position.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
  • Exhibits strong analytical skills to interpret data for performance evaluation.
  • Digital / ecommerce experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proven experience within brand marketing including strategy, analysis, campaign planning and execution.
  • Shows creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and content.
