**Centre for Faith Enrichment - Catholic Archdiocese of Perth**

We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at the Centre for Faith Enrichment, based at Newman Siena Centre, Doubleview.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the CFE office and facilities. This includes general administration duties, coordination of facilities, and acting as the primary point of contact for initial queries.

This is a permanent, part-time position (0.8 FTE) with 30.4 hours per week, working Tuesday to Friday (7.6 hours per day).

About Us

The Centre for Faith Enrichment (CFE) is the adult faith education agency of the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth. We offer a wide range of courses on various topics, including theology, scripture, church history, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the CFE office
  • Coordinate facilities and activities within the Centre
  • Act as the primary point of contact for initial queries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in an administration or equivalent role
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft suite and Adobe reader
  • Experience with MYOB software
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
