Job Title: Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Salary: AU$45,000 - AU$60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Perth office

Job Description

We are currently searching for an Administrative Support Professional to support the operations function across a growing team in our Perth office. As this is a unique role, we encourage and appreciate that past experiences, backgrounds, and future goals will contribute to making someone the most suitable candidate.

We are looking for a person who has a positive, 'can-do' approach to their work and learning, as we commit to guiding you on your journey in becoming an operations superstar.

This diverse role will ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner, assist the team with daily tasks, support training and development, manage diaries, format documents, monitor email, conduct data audits, and prepare reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
  • Assist the team with daily tasks to support business functions

  • Monitor group email and respond accordingly
  • Conduct data audits and prepare reports
  • Evaluate quality of documents sent to clients

Requirements

We require an experienced administration professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The ideal candidate will be organized, able to manage conflicting timescales and priorities, have strong attention to detail, and a reliable, approachable, punctual, and professional attitude.
