We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Myhomecare in West Perth. The role will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks and supporting the front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various administrative duties, as directed by the Team Leader.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the organisation and clients, carers, employees and the healthcare network.
  • Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving and directing visitors, and handling incoming calls and emails.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, with minimal errors or omissions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the aged care sector.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
