At Myhomecare, we're looking for a skilled Receptionist to join our team in West Perth. As a key member of our reception and administration team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients and staff.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires enthusiasm, organisation, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you have experience in the Aged Care sector and are looking to make a real difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, as directed by the Team Leader.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between our organisation, clients, carers, employees, and the healthcare network.
  • Confidently operating our administration systems and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Receiving and responding to incoming calls and office guests, ensuring all enquiries are directed to the appropriate internal contact points.
  • Escalating client complaints in a professional and timely manner, with the aim of resolving issues efficiently.
  • Staying aware of team and company goals, targets, and initiatives to ensure your actions contribute to achieving them.
  • Representing Myhomecare as a brand ambassador, actively promoting our organisation and services to clients and representatives.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Knowledge of Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and other home care funding programs.
  • Proven experience in administration and/or reception roles, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems.
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (we'll organise this through WorkPro at no cost).
