Job Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects, coordinating functions, managing transitions, and driving process improvements. This role ensures the successful execution of projects from inception to operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide governance over network design projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee all project phases.
  • Ensure project completion within scope and timeline while minimizing disruptions.
  • Act as primary contact for project-related streams.
  • Drive and track project tasks, ensuring accountability and progress.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and local policies.
  • Review reports and dashboards to evaluate project performance.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement strategies to drive process efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain teams for seamless project deployment.
  • Align project activities with internal policies and procedures.
  • Manage transition between current and future 3PL networks, ensuring smooth handovers.
  • Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.

This role requires proven experience in Project Management within Supply Chain, specifically in warehouse or network development projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is essential.

As a Project Manager, you will manage multiple stakeholders, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Independent work and a deep understanding of Supply Chain logistics, particularly Primary Freight and Secondary Freight, are necessary for success.
