Job Opportunity:

A dynamic Operations Efficiency Specialist is sought to drive the expansion of our production capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning and be passionate about continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and capacity planning, focusing on kaizen, 5S initiatives, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Lead efforts to improve efficiency within the department, working closely with management to develop TPM strategies and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Develop and implement effective planning procedures, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to produce SAP reports, including equipment orders, stock transfers, and updates.
  • Advise management on project status, providing regular updates and recommendations for process improvements.
