Performance Monitoring Specialist

The Performance Monitoring Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing and reporting on the operational efficiency of various systems and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on the performance metrics of external services
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within operational systems
  • Prepare regular performance reports to stakeholders
  • Tender review and adjustment of maintenance contracts
  • Compile comprehensive operational reports and recommendations
  • Coordinate and develop service maintenance plans
  • Update and maintain operational management systems for accurate asset registers and maintenance history
  • Maintain compliance with business standards, including quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and environmental sustainability

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration, facilities management, or related industries
  • Strong background in reporting, database management, and data analysis
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex operational information and trends
  • Prioritize work effectively within tight deadlines
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and influence business relationships positively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
