Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Efficiency Specialist to join our team and contribute to the optimization of our restaurant operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong coordination skills to support the systems and processes that keep our restaurants running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging training materials, including manuals, checklists, visual aids, and e-learning content to enhance operational knowledge and skills.
  • Coordinate the rollout of new systems, menu items, campaigns, and initiatives across our restaurant network.
  • Plan and execute product and equipment trials, capturing feedback and compiling post-trial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Create and distribute internal communications to support training, change initiatives, and operational updates.
  • Manage documentation libraries and shared platforms to ensure data accuracy and version control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational consistency.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a coordinator or administration role, preferably in a multi-site QSR, hospitality, or franchise environment.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A working knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong usability skills.
  • Experience using project management and business intelligence platforms such as Monday.com or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Canva and content creation for internal training or communications.
  • A clear, engaging communication style both written and verbal.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and follow through.
