Advanced Application Support Specialist

Seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage application support across Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Online.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in administration, including Google GSuite Administration and other cloud-based enterprise-scale services. A sound working knowledge of IT service management principles and frameworks, such as ITIL, process tools, frameworks, and best practice methods is essential.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer-facing support and consultation
  • Leading and managing application support teams
  • Configuring and administering O365 tenants at scale
  • Developing and implementing methodologies for IT service delivery

We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with a passion for innovation and excellence. The successful candidate will be able to administer and drive business outcomes through their technical expertise and leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Online administration
  • Google GSuite Administration and other cloud-based enterprise-scale services
  • IT service management principles and frameworks (ITIL)
