  • Centre Operations Management: Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • Certification: A current Working with Children Check.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
