Chief Production Coordinator

Job Description
This role involves strategic planning and coordination of production workflows to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and finalise detailed production plans.
- Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide customers with clear and timely daily and weekly progress updates.
About You
You are a qualified mechanical tradesperson with a strong foundation in workshop planning and coordination. Your hands-on experience in scheduling and workflow management is backed by a deep understanding of maintenance operations and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and finalise detailed production plans to maximise workflow efficiency and resource utilisation.
- Prepare variation bills of materials and cost estimates as required for scope changes.
- Evaluate production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend actionable solutions to improve productivity.
