Job Summary

The Senior Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals to deliver efficient and effective service delivery that meets the needs of diverse customer groups.

  • Develop and apply a high level of awareness and understanding of protocols impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to facilitate improved service delivery and customer outcomes.
  • Lead and ensure the establishment and maintenance of a workplace safety culture by ensuring all relevant policies and practices are applied and integrated into day-to-day operations.
