About The Role- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Manager and Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations
- Support the running of the Centre including occupancy, ratio management and operating expenses
- Work collaboratively with the enrolments team and conducting onsite tours
- Engaging with families and the community and coordinate events
- Roster and social media management
- Developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our centre maintains a safe and healthy environment for all children and staff.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with our Centre Manager and Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our centre.
- Centre Operations: Support the day-to-day running of our centre, including occupancy, ratio management and operating expenses.
- Enrolments and Tours: Collaborate with our enrolments team to conduct onsite tours and engage with families and the community.
- Families and Community: Engage with families and the community, coordinating events and building strong relationships.
- Roster and Social Media: Manage rosters and social media, ensuring that our centre's online presence is engaging and informative.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in childcare or education.
- Qualifications: ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services or bachelor's degree (Early Education).
- Skills: Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
