As a Sales Specialist, you will join a diverse team that fosters relationships and delivers excellent outcomes for sellers and collectors locally and internationally. You will help develop long-lasting partnerships while becoming part of a fast-moving, innovative company.
With a customer-centric approach, you will bring your sales acumen to a collaborative team where you will gain exposure to a breadth of vehicles and memorabilia. You will contribute to revenue growth and product development by being a dedicated point of contact throughout the auction process.
- You will communicate and build client relationships to foster long-term repeat business.
- You will research values of collectable cars, analyzing industry trends to make informed decisions on market trends and determine competitive market reserves.
- You will manage the full consignment process with administration tasks including arranging photography.
- You will continually work to build your network and bring in new business opportunities.
- You will use a CRM system to manage consignments and customers from prospects through to auction close, ensuring records and customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- You will participate in external events to help build awareness of the brand.
We need someone who has prior experience within a sales-based role, successfully delivering against revenue goals. You should be proactive, self-starter, open-minded, and adaptable. You should also have proficiency in a CRM system.
