Key Responsibilities

As a strategic account leader, you will be responsible for owning and managing end-to-end customer relationships. You will partner with the account technology strategist and broader account team to drive technical and business alignment, focusing on AI-led transformation.

  • You will develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer business objectives and support multi-year digital transformation goals.
  • Drive pipeline generation through customer engagement, relationship development, and identifying opportunities using digital signals and insights.
  • Buiding and maintaining trusted relationships with C-level business decision-makers and serving as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing strategy and contract discussions, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and business goals.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional virtual teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive customer success.
  • Introduce technology capabilities that create measurable business value and bring innovation and new ideas to customers.
  • Use customer insights to shape tailored transformation strategies.
  • Represent the organization with credibility and influence by leveraging industry knowledge, thought leadership, and a deep understanding of the customer's business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field, along with 3+ years of experience in a relevant industry and/or driving digital transformation.
  • Account management experience, including developing and overseeing the execution of account plans.
  • Experience working within an industry, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience, such as consulting or technology.
  • Proven ability to lead and orchestrate diverse virtual teams and serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level business decision makers.
