About the Role

As a leader in financial operations, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and Accounts Receivable and Payable functions.

  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including external audits.
  • Oversee general ledger functions and maintain robust internal controls.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support business initiatives.

Your Skills and Qualifications

You are an experienced finance leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
