
Strategic Growth Leader

You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing utility opportunities that support our strategy to become a leader in energy solutions. Leveraging your exceptional relationship-building skills, you will identify and realize a pipeline of work for the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish a strategic plan for increasing profitable revenue in this sector
- Identify opportunities for Account Management to improve customer experience/retention
- Raise the profile of major accounts by providing strategic initiatives and value-added propositions
- Prepare and review tender compilations, submissions, and preferred supplier agreement negotiations
- Prepare and present key business proposals and presentations to senior-level clients
- Meet with key clients within this sector to identify opportunities to increase market share
- Propose large account opportunity structures and present to the Head of Sales for approval
- Partner with Area Sales Managers and local sales teams to identify areas of growth
- Manage multi-location client relationships
- Report all account information, customer contacts, and opportunities within company CRM
- A minimum of 5 years selling or sales management experience in developing strategies and realizing outcomes
- Demonstrated understanding of the power market, including cost of energy, energy trading, and renewables
- Confident and self-aware subject matter expert with strong communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical ability to quickly assimilate and synthesize complex data and information into a fact-based decision-making framework
