
Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a senior sales role responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, creating compelling buying visions to address client needs, and leading the efforts in proposal and closure.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage and develop relationships with customers and prospects
- Focus on winning new business while taking a strategic approach to developing clients across the territory
- Identify and qualify opportunities for Nexon solutions
- Deliver differentiated solution proposals to customers and prospects
- Work closely with vendor sales reps to co-sell solutions as required
- Manage the complete sales cycle, working with pre-sales and bid managers as needed
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities in our CRM platform
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's
- Minimum 5 years business development manager experience within the IT industry
- A successful track record of strategic, solution-based selling across multiple technology domains
- Be a seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality
- A strong network of contacts with vendors and customers
- Autonomous self-starter, goal oriented, focused on meeting sales target
- Able to generate your own leads and develop marketing qualified leads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of success
