The Opportunity:
This role involves seeking input from other sales professionals to develop a plan targeting existing brands in new sales and/or geographic territories. Using our existing customer experience, you will identify, profile, target, contact, and prospect into a select group of accounts to generate net new wins within existing brands we currently work with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, profile, target, contact, and prospect into a group of existing accounts within a new sales or geographic territory.
- Seek input from existing sales professionals to help create a plan for each account.
- Generate own meetings and work with your management team to optimize inbound demand generation.
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position our solution.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
- Explain the benefits of our Employee Experience Platform and services to provide the broadest possible benefit set and solution to each prospect.
- Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business application sales, preferably in an enterprise software environment.
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales quota and revenue goals.
- Demonstrated growth from existing accounts – specifically across geographies and globally.
- A hunter with a keen passion for sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – including proposal generation.
- Demonstrated experience selling to senior executives.
- A self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- A bachelor's degree; a master's degree is considered an asset.
