The Opportunity

Management is seeking a professional to manage our integrated talent management framework and processes, drive design and delivery of capability strategy, and provide strategic advice and support to employees across all levels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage full integrated talent management framework and processes, including talent identification and design and facilitation of talent development programs.
  • Drive design and delivery of capability strategy and implement comprehensive capability roadmap.
  • Manage, design, review and improve existing leadership development programs, and facilitate from time to time.
  • Provide effective strategic advice, support, guidance and coaching across all employee levels regarding organizational development interventions.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to identify gaps and determine, prioritise, evaluate, and recommend appropriate organizational solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Significant experience working in specialist OD role, with strength and passion for leadership development, capability and talent.
  • Proven expertise with OD framework design, program development and delivery of innovative and fit-for-purpose OD and L&D solutions.
  • Easily able to identify emerging trends and thought leadership in organisational capability, performance, development, talent and succession.
  • Involvement in end-to-end OD process; scoping and discovery, research and analysis, design, successful implementation, and evaluation of significant OD programs of work.
