Change Management Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves leading change management activities for a Terminal Efficiency Project. The aim is to create and implement strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance to change.

This position collaborates with business representatives, subject matter experts, and IT professionals to develop and implement the change management strategy.

The key responsibilities include designing quality organizational change management strategies, performing change impact analysis, developing organizational change management plans, and providing input on training programs.

The role also involves collaborating with the Manager Organizational Change and Public Relations/Marketing to support internal and external communications.

Additionally, this position manages expectations of key internal stakeholders, leads the execution of the organizational change management plan, and develops targeted strategies to address the impacts of change on people, organization, process, tools, technology, leadership, and management.

This role requires extensive experience in Organizational Change Management or related experience involving comprehensive change activities.

Demonstrated successful experience leading organizations through transformation initiatives and programs is essential.

Delivering change management within an IT environment, Operations Technology, and Engineering Critical Business Systems is a must.

The ideal candidate will have acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

A proven commitment to quality and ability to manage both internal and external relationships are required.

This role requires a Post-secondary Degree or recognized equivalent.

Certification in Prosci or other change management methodology would be an asset.

Project Management certification would also be beneficial.
