About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Chief Property and Retirement Living Officer, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role is critical in maintaining the highest standards of administrative support, allowing the Chief Property and Retirement Living Officer to focus on key priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary and email management, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely responses
  • Meeting coordination, including scheduling, venue booking, and minute-taking
  • Correspondence drafting and distribution on behalf of the Chief Property and Retirement Living Officer
  • Building and lease management, including external leasing requirements and cleaning standards
  • Team support, including meeting management, agendas, and minutes
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn and implement new software systems
