About the Role

The Chief Member Experience Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for:

  • Implementing strategic objectives in relation to the member and employer experience
  • Delivering a positive experience when members and employers engage with us
  • Providing value for money superannuation and retirement products that meet member needs
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with industry and government stakeholders
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Senior level experience in the management of service delivery performance in the financial services/superannuation industry
  • Senior leadership experience managing diverse teams in delivering a successful member experience function
  • Experience managing relationships for significant outsourced service and product providers
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
