Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service via email, phone, and live chat
  • Support customers with the latest technology for mobile and unified communications
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service that maintains world-leading NPS results
  • Provide 1st-level service and support
  • Ensure customers are always connected
  • Work closely with Telstra and other major tech vendors
  • Maximize customer time connected with basic troubleshooting
  • Use tools, knowledge, and training to deliver imei products effectively

Additional Responsibilities

  • Order processing (pick, pack, and dispatch)
  • Maintain databases of logistics information
  • Coordinate and service all equipment
  • Perform administrative duties and provide support to all departments
  • Maintain effective communication channels with all departments
  • Maintain relevant, accurate, and accessible records of all activities

About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, and a 'can-do' attitude. Previous experience in a logistical support role is preferred but not essential.
