About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join imei's growing team in a fast-paced environment.

Working in a welcoming, energetic team, you will deliver a quality customer experience via email, phone, and live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers in the latest technology for mobile and unified communications
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to maintain world-leading NPS results
  • Providing 1st-level service and support
  • Ensuring customers are always connected
  • Working closely with Telstra and other major tech vendors
  • Maximising customer time connected through basic troubleshooting
  • Using tools, knowledge, and training to deliver imei's products effectively

This role also includes a variety of other responsibilities, such as:

  • Order processing (pick, pack, and dispatch)
  • Maintaining databases of logistics information
  • Coordinating and servicing all equipment
  • Performing administrative duties and providing support to all departments
  • Maintaining effective communication channels with all departments
  • Maintaining relevant, accurate, and accessible records of all activities

About You

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
  • Previous experience in a logistical support role is preferred but not essential
