**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a community-based setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents with complex medical needs.

The role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans in consultation with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and clinical assessment skills, with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate RN experience.

Additional requirements include respiratory support and thoracic support experience in tracheostomy and ventilator, as well as current Division 1 Nursing Registration Certificate and ALS or BLS Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on nursing care, including wound management, medication administration, and respiratory support.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or recognized equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate RN experience.
  • Respiratory Support and thoracic support experience in tracheostomy and ventilator.
  • Strong leadership and clinical assessment skills.
  • Current Division 1 Nursing Registration Certificate.
  • ALS or BLS Certification.
