Compassionate Care Professional

- Deliver exceptional care experiences that are genuine, compassionate and personalised to meet our clients' needs
- Implement care plans developed by our Care Designers (Registered Nurses) to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain a safe environment for clients, using equipment correctly and following safety protocols
- Accurately document client records and progress
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments
- Community nursing experience is desirable
- Dementia management and diabetes management skills are essential
- Wound care expertise is also required
- Catheterisation skills, including SPC and IDC for both male and female clients, are highly regarded
- Ability to identify and report client concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations
- Effective de-escalation and redirection techniques are necessary
- Leadership experience is advantageous
